Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City

The hotel is the perfect base for families to explore Dubai's stunning beaches and golf courses. With a busy schedule of local and international events, including concerts, music festivals, and shows, there's always something exciting to do. Additionally, the property offers the first grass golf course in the Middle East, making it an ideal destination to experience everything Dubai has to offer.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel provided a more convenient shuttle service to the nearby metro and bus stations for families with children.

I chose this hotel for a meeting due to its dedicated team, attention to detail, and outstanding facilities in destinations around the world, including its proximity to business districts. The hotel's location near Dubai Internet City and Knowledge Village Dubai ensured easy access to various industry hubs, enhancing the success of my work-related activities.

I missed having a dedicated business center with comprehensive services to support my work needs, which would have been beneficial during my stay.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Media City for the St. Patrick's festival. The location was excellent, close to the amphitheater. The team was kind and organized, and breakfast had a great selection of gluten-free and lactose-free options. The eighth-floor swimming pool was beautiful, and the service was excellent.

At the hotel's Italian restaurant, I had the pleasure of experiencing a sensational Italian feast. The warm and friendly staff made me feel like I was part of an Italian family gathering, and the exceptional wine pairing recommendations enhanced the meal to create a truly unforgettable dining experience.

Loud music festival during stay.

The hotel's stylish decorations and general areas were quite charming, especially for a sophisticated lady like me. The chic golden frames adorning the black and white photographs created an elegant ambiance, making it a delightful place for senior guests. Additionally, the accessibility for senior people was impressive, with helpful amenities such as elevators, ramps, and spacious corridors, ensuring a comfortable stay for those with mobility needs.

The children working there could improve in providing more personalized assistance for senior guests.

Spacious room and bathroom, comfy bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff upgrade to bigger bed and breakfast. Excellent location between beach and city. Business class rooms are worth it with great drinks and food in the lounge. Pool and rooftop bar are a nice touch.

Each stay at my favorite hotel was exceptional. The staff helped me with serving my elderly parents, which I'll always appreciate. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, fitness studio, and much more. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The staff at Radisson were very accommodating and quick to respond to my needs. When I mentioned the fluctuating water temperature in my shower, they immediately sent someone to fix it. The location was great for my needs, and I enjoyed some nearby cafes for the breakfast. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

The hotel's breakfast offering was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the reception staff was very attentive and willing to accommodate our request for an early check-in. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to several main attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not up to par. We were able to hear people coming and going, as well as cars honking outside, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had an enjoyable stay here! The location is convenient as it’s close to the Nakheel Metro station. The service, from room service to car hire and bell staff/porter, was excellent. The room amenities were great; we especially loved the terrace. The staff, especially Charles, were so welcoming and provided great customer service. We will definitely come back again!

The business upgrade offered a nice business lounge with snacks and drinks included. Free valet parking and convenient location for music events. Room was small but well-equipped with USB ports everywhere. Staff at the Front Desk, especially Zoe, were kind and accommodating, even offering a complimentary late check-out.

Felt like they were family, with nothing being too much trouble.

Great facilities, hospitable staff, lovely restaurant, nice bartender, clean and spacious room.

Enjoyed the live music, free-flowing drinks, and array of scrumptious Italian food, including a dessert platter. The staff at Certo were delightful, especially Waqas, Dorrin, and Lily.

Oh, and let's not forget the "charming" small toilets and the lack of attention from concierge and valet. So impressive!

We loved the comfy beds and cute pool area. The hotel staff was cute and relaxed while still being efficient. It was easy to get around this city from this hotel, with great cafes nearby.

The room was clean and spacious, and came with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

The restaurant's limited hours and menu choices may not be convenient for night-time dining.
